Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by:

Digital Enablers LLC
and
Digital Enablers (PVT) Ltd

Collectively referred to as "Digital Enablers", "Company", "We", or "Us".

By purchasing or using our services, you ("Client", "User") agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 All services are delivered strictly as per documented scope defined within the selected package or approved custom proposal.

1.2 No verbal discussions, informal messages, or external communication shall modify documented scope unless formally updated in writing through the system.

1.3 Any request outside the documented scope shall be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All services require 100% advance payment before activation unless otherwise stated.

2.2 No project will begin without:

Confirmed payment
Submission of required inputs

2.3 Monthly services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to billing cycle.

2.4 Third-party costs (hosting, domains, software licenses, advertising budgets, API charges) are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Timeline & Delivery

3.1 Delivery timeline begins only after:

Full payment confirmation
All required input materials are submitted and approved

3.2 Delays in input submission may extend delivery timelines.

3.3 Timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Client-side delays
Third-party approvals
External platform dependencies

4. Revisions

4.1 Each package includes a defined revision limit as stated in the service description.

4.2 Revisions apply only within approved scope.

4.3 Requests exceeding revision limits may incur additional charges.

4.4 Revision requests must be submitted within the defined review window.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed separately under our Refund & Scope Policy.

Refunds apply only if documented scope is not delivered as agreed.

No refunds for:

Change of mind
Business outcome dissatisfaction
Delays caused by client
Work completed within scope

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Upon full payment and completion confirmation, the Client receives usage rights to final deliverables.

6.2 Digital Enablers retains the right to display completed work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Source files, raw files, or proprietary system components remain company property unless explicitly included in scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Digital Enablers shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Business losses
Platform bans or third-party suspensions
Ranking fluctuations (SEO)
Advertising performance variations

7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information
Submit required inputs on time
Review deliverables within revision window
Maintain respectful communication

9. Termination

9.1 Digital Enablers reserves the right to terminate services if:

Client violates terms
Abusive behavior occurs
Fraudulent activity is detected

9.2 In such cases, refund eligibility will be evaluated based on completed scope.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise contractually agreed.
