REFUND & SCOPE POLICY

Effective Date: 11 March 2026

Our refund structure is designed to protect fairness and accountability.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The documented agreed scope is not delivered
• The deficiency is verified against written scope

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of business direction
• Market performance dissatisfaction
• Delays due to client input
• Third-party platform decisions
• Completed scope delivery

3. Partial Refund

If partial scope is completed and client requests cancellation, refund may be calculated proportionally at company discretion.

4. Scope Definition Authority

Only the documented scope inside the approved package or proposal shall define deliverables.

Verbal conversations or assumptions do not modify scope.
